Introduction

You cannot find fulfilling joy in money, worldly recognition or entertainment. The divine truth is that joy can only be found in God. Amidst any challenges, we will still be able to live in joy.
Message
You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore - Psalm 16:11
King David asked to be shown the path of life. It has to be revealed to us. It is only shown to the meek and humble. The term “right hand” is significant. It is at His power, protection, sovereignty, will and victory. This life, joy, and pleasures are not superficial; it is rooted in intimacy with God (Philippians 4:4).
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! - Philippians 4:4
Psalm 16:11 reveals divine secrets. When we walk (i) the path of life with God, we experience (ii) the fullness of joy and (iii) the satisfaction that never runs dry.
1. The Path of Life with God
The one and only path of life is revealed through submission.
If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken - Isaiah 1:19-20
There is only one path that leads to real life. The ‘path of life’ represents a path of obedience and faith. Walk in purpose and not in confusion.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. - John 14:6
Ask God daily for This path, read His Word, pray for discernment, and follow His voice even when it challenges your comfort.
Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left. - Isaiah 30:32
Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and few find it. - Matthew 7:14
2. The Fullness of Joy with God
In His presence, joy comes not from circumstances but from communion with God.
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! - Philippians 4:4
We enter His presence through worship, prayer, reading His word, and trust. This is a joy that trials cannot shake (Galatians 5:22-23).
3. The Satisfaction of Joy with God Never Runs Dry
The satisfaction of joy is found in eternity with Jesus (John 4:14; 15:11). Jesus’ joy is complete because He did the will of the Father.
These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. - Matthew 28:19-20
Our joy is full and complete because it comes from Jesus who holds us, not what we hold (Philippians 4:4, 11-13). The world’s happiness is temporary, but the joy of the Lord is everlasting and full (Matthew 6:34). Jesus is the path to life, the source of complete joy, and the fountain of eternal pleasure.
Closing
Jesus is our true rock, the cornerstone of our life. He will watch over us and hold us. This is the confidence that we can have in Him in the midst of difficult circumstances. Do not worry about tomorrow, live this day to the fullest. Let us continue to walk in His light and experience the satisfaction of joy.
